Part 3:

Well now that John was everyone’s slave things were going to get pretty intense. The game of Truth or Dare was now over and went into a whole different ball-game for John. John had no idea what was going to happen next. The group decided that Jake would be the main master because he knew John the best, what he hated. Jake told John that he would have to obey everyone one here, that he would have to call them master or mistress, and that if he didn’t follow what they told him to, he would be punished. John sadly nodded his head. What a crazy birthday. Jake then went into his tent and brought out a bottle of toothpaste and a toothbrush. Jake told John to cover his dick in toothpaste and to put some of the toothpaste onto the end of the toothbrush and stick it in his ass. John took the toothpaste and toothbrush and unwillingly put the toothpaste on his dick. He yelled out in pain. He had never felt this before.
