OK.. go to a library, wearing normal clothes except for your top. You should be wearing a bra and a coat that covers it so that nobody will notice. Now find some embarrassing book like something about make-up or sex, something feminine, i bet you can find something weird.

Now go to a reading table and start to read the book. You can't stop reading until you've had your coat fully opened at least once.
