Hey getdare, another try:

Since some time I am thinking about building something like a CBT (cock an ball torture) machine. I have already build a prototype of a fucking machine which worked well, so I think that would be a good base for the new CBT machine.

I did some sketching already, please tell me if you like it and what could be improved.

Of course!

Both of the wheels are moved by a motor on the other side of the machine. You set up a speed, it fucks your ass like a usual fucking machine.

What's different is that it is mounted to the body via the cock ring, so it's impossible to move away from the machine to stop the penetration.

Also, the balls can be tied to the upper wheel so they are pulled by every dildo move.
There is also a jerk of mechanism included...
as well as little arm to move a sound in and out of the cock

Great idea.
I've been fantasizing about a machine like this for years. In my fantasy there are sensors which measure the muscle tension of the anal sphincter. The more relaxation, the faster the penetration.

And there are sensors which measure the level of the arousal. The more arousal the less stimulation.
