You must soak a bar of soap in hot water for at least 20 min. Then you must rub it all over your body. Make sure to get all those hard to reach areas especially good. Once your covered in soap you the must suck the bar for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes you can then wash off the soap. Once all the soap is removed from your body you can then remove the bar from your mouth.
