Self-applied; after more than 10 years of masturbation and (really great) sex without a single orgasm, I think it's ok to assume that. But, yeah, maybe someday, you never know, right?

1) It's frustrating as hell. I think it's closest to just edging an not being allowed to cum. I get really, REALLY horny quite easily, but I just can't relieve myself. It just builds up more and more and I can't do anything against it

2) Oh, really a lot. Apart from (really awesome, but normal vanilla) sex and masturbation? My top favourites are:
