I would take the chastity. While I'd miss the freedom, I wouldn't want to be seen by all my neighbors, all my friend's neighbors, or anyone else in between. The risk would be too high for me to enjoy it, and I wouldn't chance long-term humiliation from the community around me.

Chastity, on the other hand, can be detrimental to my well-being if it goes on too long, but a week is right around the borderline for negative side effects -- so honestly, the teasing of a steady, slow build-up of arousal could even be kind of fun.
