well i have a dare for all of you people who want a decent one!
Heres HOw:
First you need:
1.rope/handcuffs...etc
2.stretchy panties
3.somthing to get hangging wedgie from.
4. urself & some other people

First if u want it to be embarring do this in public.
The victim first gets a hangging wedgie in some strong panties,
then the non-victims will tied his/her arms and legs.
