1. Hang weights from your nipples for 10 minutes.
2. Bounce 5 times every minute.
3. take off, pinch nipples and reapply turned by 90° after bouncing
4. Spank your nipples 10 times each before starting task
5. Do 10 rubberband snaps on each nipple
6. apply toothpaste to nipples
7. Put binder clips on nipples for 1 min per line
8. the tasks have to be done in order - it lasts 2 minutes per task, cycle repeatedly through all tasks that make sense until the time runs out.
9. send proof or write amazing report
10. loser has a week to complete the task, every day above that adds half an hour of cycling and punishment if the boomer sees fit
11. Must pull of any clamps without opening them
12. and reapply, tying the clamps together with a short piece of string
13 melt an ice cube on each nipple
14. tug the string between your nipples 50 times, make the last one so hard it gets the clamps off.
