What you'll need:

Small container or glass that you can seal, or put into a zip-lock bag
Freezer
Shot glass or similar

What to do:

For the next few days, masturbate a total of 5 times, and ejaculate into a shot glass. Pour it into your container, seal it, and put it in the freezer. Wash the shot glass and repeat, adding to the container in the freezer.
