Need Creative Idea for bondage

I have been a very bad slave and a student. I must wake up in the morning and study. But this isn't what happens. I set the alarm at night, wake up and then fall back asleep. I need some idea of a dare or a bondage position that would keep me awake for 3 hours.
I want some technique of bondage that won;t let me fall asleep when I'm on chair sitting and studying. It may not be painful while i'm awake and studying but shall be extremely painful when I fall asleep.
It can be like a rope bondage to prevent me from falling asleep or some sort of bondage that would pain if I doze off. I'll be really thankful if your idea helps me.

I'm assuming you don't have enough hair to put into a pony tail, so let's see. I would suggest a collar to the chair, but there's a bit of a choking hazard with it having to be tight enough to hold. Hmm. Try tying yourself to the chair, once around the stomach, and if you have extra rope or chain, get your ankles also.
