No need for extra special clothes for this. Probably a button-up or zippered top with whatever else you wanted. Of course, the bra stays behind. Go to a store of your choice and start browsing around by looking at things -- just like you're shopping. What you're actually "shopping" for is a guy whose eye you seem to have caught. Once you've found one, let the games begin. Go about your business of looking through clothes or whatever, then casually undo a button/lower the zipper some. (You decide if you turn your back or do it while facing his direction) Now it's time to see if you've hooked him. As you continue shopping, wander away from him a little to see if he follows. If he does, have more fun by showing more and more, before eventually walking away and leaving him High and Dry. Obviously, this dare can be enhanced if you wear a short skirt.

Some guys might get a bit... touchy feely... because of this dare.
