Scrub toothpaste into your nipples with a toothbrush for 3 minutes. Then wear your most painful nipple clamps (or whatever you use as clamps- clothespins, chip clips, etc.) for 30 minutes, taking them off and reapplying after rotating every 5 minutes.

Note: Pulling/hitting off clamps is a limit for me, as is leaving them on longer than 40 minutes at one time

Take a cliphanger/nipple clamps on a chain/bender clips. Attach it to your nipples and connect the implement to something at least 5kg heavy. The chain or string is supposed to be short enough.
