The basics of this punishment requires 3 things, clover clamps, hand cuffs, and a closet clothes bar.

Put the chain around the bar so the slave has to be on top toes. They handcuff their hands behind their back. Their realease should be on other side of room. They have to stand there for 15 min before trying to get their key.

I've tried this and it's definitely a lot of fun and quite the work out.

Calves end up burning from the strain of trying to keep your nipples from pulling too painfully but the longer it is the more tired you get as your feet drop more and more pulling painfully on your nipples. Times moves so slowly as is just endless pain in your legs and nipples.
