If they succeed, they get rewarded and the otber gets punished. If they fail, they get punished as planned and they start next week with a point penalty (say, -15 or -20).

To add an extra layer of competitiveness, the first person to complete any task (that you can both do, since it looks like there's a few just for S) gets double the points for it.

Perhaps add some mini-prizes along the way, too. Maybe only the person with the most points can wear underwear. Or whoever earned the most points during the day gets an orgasm and the other is denied. There's a lot of privileges you could make into mini-prizes for the current leader - coffee, hot showers, sleeping in the bed, cutlery...

Mini prizes and timed tasks will also come our way but these have to be compatible with our working arrangement. First to complete a task is a nice one, thank you!
