I just bought a big roll of duct tape, looking for dares to do with it

Tape mouth. Do not remove the tape until you need to eat or talk again. Note, I said "need" not "want". Plan to do this at a time when you can remain taped for as long as possible, minimum 4 hours.

If you are comfortable with wearing one of those COVID mask things and can still get away with doing so where you are without looking weird, tape mouth before you leave home and do not remove until you get home again. Cover with mask. Plan to be out for as long as possible, all day if you can.

Duct tape your phone to your inner thigh and get fully dressed. You may retrieve it if it rings but put it back after the call. Do this for 24 hours.

Tape a bottle of water to each nipple. Make sure you can hold it there. Then squat 50 times. If any bottle falls, tape it again and restart. The dare ends once you complete 50 without any bottle falling.

(If it's too heavy for you, put some other kind of weight)

Make six squares of duct tape and number them 1 - 6. Stick them thoroughly to your inner thighs. roll a die. Every number you land on you may remove that piece of tape with just your mouth. keep rolling until all the tape is removed.
