hmm... not sure if that kind of vs.

But you could make it something like

you can become vulnerable and add more (or become someone that substracts)

i.e. you add double but if the next says "caught" you have to do it yourself as well...
same for all that substract ^^ ... just a bit of sidegame without having to tally too much...
