Mix the whipped cream and chocolate sauce into two pie tins and give yourself a pie sandwich.
Ice cream down the front of your boxers yoghurt down the back.
Salad dressing and pasta sauce poured over your head.
Forfeit - you have to stay in the mess for 30 minutes but you can subtract a minute per edge performed.

That last one was so gross I had to go again. So this time 3 items plus forfeit.
