Long story short, my denial length is currently out of my own hands and because of this, I’m trying to create a lil routine I can do daily including edging. I’m after some tasks I can do on a daily/weekly basis and also some punishments I can complete if I fail to do my daily tasks. At the moment I’m edging 3-10 times daily, but I’m also after suggestions on a set daily or rotating amount. Also since this will be most likely a super long denial, I’d like to incorporate ruins as well, so input there is appreciated.

I am votibg for a weekly 'no-touch-day', like every monday. Your vagina will be off-limits for the whole day for anything but hygienic reasons.

I hate no touch!! (But it definitely has its benefits).

From tomorrow you will be wearing your nipple clamps daily.

Once they are on roll a dice to decide how many minutes they must stay on. Then repeat on Day 2 you must keep them on for as long as Day 1, plus another roll of the dice. Each day after you do as long as the last, plus an additional dice roll.

1) You mentioned edging 3-10 times a day and I think you should proudly display and be reminded of how much of a horny submissive you are. You will start to keep a tally of all your edges with a permanent marker somewhere on your body. You will use the marker to restore any tallies that wash off or fade away. I imagine you’ll have quite a lot by the end of it. Wear them like a badge.

2) You are only allowed to pee 3 times a day. You may go over that, but you must then drink it all till the last drop. I’m sure you’ll love it with that quench for piss of yours.

3) You aren’t allowed to wear any clothes while you are alone. We wouldn’t want filthy thoughts ever leaving your mind, because until your denial is over, those dirty thoughts will be your life.

Can you manage these?

This is definitely something I was already considering but I really enjoy how you organised this.

I think number 2 is a bit difficult for day to day life but it’s definitely something I’ll be using as a punishment. Number 3 will definitely be implemented and number 1 could become a problem since my denial could be 18 months long....

It might help if we have a little more info such as toys and how much privacy you have.
