In this dare, the person below gets to decide your parental controls for a pre-determined amount of time. This can either be done with parental controls that allow remote control in which case the controller gets to change the email and password or with other parental controls with proof that they are locked down.

No apps for a week, you can use your phone only for calls or sms, nothing else.
You may use your pc, but only for your work and not on weekends.
This rules apply for two weeks.
