Punishments Needed

This thread is for things I fail at mostly my rules/chores.

For starters, today I already went over my calorie limit, so yea day not over so I may need a few punishments for it, already over by 128 calories.

To get the best idea of a punishment what’s your usual cal intake? Weight as well but only if you’re comfortable

Well the rules say I only allowed 1500 and my icon is me... I weight around 300lbs 6 feet tall

Are the rules from a healthy weight lose suggestion? I wanna punish you honey but I want to be sure you’re losing weight safely?
I’m just wondering because I want too lose want to make sure you’re healthy cause I was told to stay under 1500 too and I’m a 55kg girl

Yes, it is healthy as long as you eat right, also got this suggestion from a Doctor but said that should be a goal to reach.

Youve listed likes and limits which is wonderful!

I just wonder if you have dislikes? Things you would be okay with doing but don’t enjoy? Personally I don’t think punishments should include likes, they’re not meant to be fun

But if you don’t have dislikes or preference a funishment that’s more than ok and I’ll leave you alone!

Well, I should list some dislikes...

Let's see... this be an evolving list i think...

Dislikes - Pain, Enema's I do not like a whole lot especially while doing things, Public, cold showers, using bengay on cock and for anal toys, being too hot or cold

I can not think of more atm... I have not tried everything either, then again some things I do like can be used against me anyway... I will think more about dislikes and add it to my list in a day or two once I thought of the list fully. Pretty much figure I'd be a slave and be forced to like everything or most things. @@

So 25 swats to each ass cheek to remind you to focus on your calorie allowance

Going over means a punishment right?
