Agree, it's weird having "mature stories" about kids in elementary school.

Ok wait this story isn’t gonna stay with kids it was showing the origin of this story. The next part will be when the characters are adults. Gonna write the next part after I post this.

-16 years later-
Brooke is now 25 and Henry is now 28.
Brooke just finished collage and became a teacher.
Henry became a school district maintenance manager.

-September-
Brooke (Or Ms. Vela) was preparing for the first day of teaching a few days before school started. She was gonna teach a 1st grade class. She was in her new classroom doing some things when a man who looked her age walked in.

Henry: “Hello again.”
Brooke: “Hello.”
Henry disconnected the projector.
Henry: “I should be able to install a replacement next week.”
Brooke: “Ok thanks. Have I seen you before, you look familiar?”
Henry: “I don’t know, but I was thinking the same thing about you.”
Brooke: “Did you go to [Censored] High School?”
Henry: “Yeah.”
Brooke: “I remember seeing you when you were a senior and I was a freshman.”
Henry: “Wait what is your name?”
Brooke: “Brooke Vela.”
Henry got wide eyed.
Henry: “Brooke do you remember the name Henry Keith?”
Brooke: “Yeah, wait is that you?”
Henry: “Yeah.”
Brooke went silent and was day dreaming memories. She had not noticed that Henry left.
