Make a small butt plug, increase it's diameter until you reached
your goal taking in a large object without pain. Set your goal to
a certain plug diameter (1.5" at the neck is ok for starters).
Alternatively, buy 4 butt plugs in different sizes)

Take a measure of the width, you will increase it every time you
progress by a 10:th from the first width to the last by applying
more tape until you reached your goal.

Use a CD/DVD spindle, circle tape around it and make a thinner
neck near the base so that it doesn't pop out when you push out.
Use condoms or plastic wrap around it and use lube that goes well
with the rubbers/plastic and change it for every new session,
safety first!

Begin small, like a finger width in the widest part. Go slow, and
use a second plug every other time that is thin enough so you train
the muscles the ability to close up. Go back to the thin every time
you feel the slightest pain. While training, squeeze and relax.

First sit on it for 1 hour, then 2, until you can wear it for 3
hours. Then increase the width and start all over again for 1 hour.
