Here's a good idea for the race game.

Place 5 objects around the room, the guided player must find them, with the aid of the guiding player.

Score: Time - Bonus Seconds + Penalty

Bonus Seconds: The guided player finds an object, squats on it and guesses what it is. If successful on a first try, 10 seconds, second try is 7 seconds, third try is 5 seconds. The maximum amount of bonus time is 50 seconds.

If the guiding player says anything, for a first offense, 10 seconds are added, second offense, 20 seconds, third offense, 30 seconds and so on.

Have each team pay a forfeit for every team that finishes ahead of them.

My tweaks are only suggestions and if you feel your way is better, well then fine by me. BTW if you can only come up with 12 ideas for a die dare, you can also flip a coin...if you get a tails, take the result of the die, if it's heads, add 6 to the result.
