getdare staff

I have been wondering what the difference is between a getdare admin and just getdare staff? it is not really important, I was just wondering.

A 'getDare staff' is a moderator - we can edit posts, move threads and otherwise carry out basic functions within the forum program.
'getDare admin' is an administrator - this is only chain and depp, and they can change or view pretty much anything within the site, above and beyond the level of moderators.

It's basically a matter of level of control, as all staff are on an equal footing in terms of authority, although depp makes all final decisions.
