I completely forgot about this until recently, I finally did it and now I'll report and ask for another rule.
It wasn't too painful at first, as I'm quite used to clamps. But after the third or fourth time of twisting them off my nipples stung constantly. (Made sure to take the clamps off if I started to lose feeling at all, and also took breaks if it seemed like skin might break). Having to do that constantly for two full days was a wonderful sensation. I began to love the time clamped more than the time not clamped because at least I could get used to the pain of them being on. The pain of twisting them off always hurt no matter how many times I did it. After I woke up I started the second day with 40 minutes of clamps. It was a fresh start so I sort of got to reset a bit. They were definitely sore from the previous day, but it was manageable still. The second day was much the same as day one, just more painful overall. Thank you for the amazing rule.

Every day after waking and before sleeping, complete as many consecutive ballbusts and edges as you can in 1 hour. You must complete at least 20 more each session. If you do not complete the additional 20+, clamp your nipples for 5 minutes for each one you missed.
