We could also think about tournament, so every one would have chance to play with you, and for example you will give dares to those who lose more

or, all others players will have to play tournament, and winner will get chance to play with you

so example:
1. first we plan dares.
2. then players have to register for tournament.
3. we play tournament, where you will be one of the players.
we will use eg https://challonge.com to generate tournament (or other page if we find better)
note: only some players will have chance to play with you..(is this version you like? or you prefer to play with all?)
we play on for example battleship-game.org
4. After tournament ends, you can give dare from the list to anyplayer BELOW you in ranking, each dare you can give only once. so, you may not be able to give dare to all players. it is your selection who will get it.
5. THEN any player ABOVE you in ranking can give one dare to you.
note, each dare can be use only once, so not all players above you could be able to do it. first dare will be from player with highest position, then next will follow.

if you like this tournament version please start with dares you would suggest for this tournament. then any other can also suggest in this topic one dare. note: you will accept or refuse each dare suggested by other players.
dares could be for female only, for male only or for both.
consider it no face etc.
*dares for male only, will be never for you of course, but you will be able to give it to other male players who are below you in results.
* female dares could be for you or any other female if also join this tournament as standard player.
