This is for everyone, guys and gals.

What your going to need
Timer
2 pieces of string, 2 feet long
A pair of boots.

Now get your nipples hard and tie the string around your nipple. One string for each nipple.

Now take the end of the string and tie it too a boot. Do it for both boots.

Now set the timer for 10 minutes.

Place the boots on your shoulders. One on each side.

Start the timer.

Now balance the boots on your shoulders, and take your hands away.

Now JUMP.

Put the boots back on your shoulders and do it again.

Now post down below how many times you were able to jump in those 10 mins.
