new sleeping rules~

hello~ i'm looking for some new ideas on what to do before bed/while i sleep, any and all suggestions (that aren't limits of mine) will be done along with a full report the day after. please~ make me regret this post ;3

okay so far (from PMs and chats) here's the list:

Current rules:
1. Always sleep naked
2 .fuck myself with my largest toy for 20 minute before bed
3. Fill my ass up with ice
4. Sleep with a buttplug every night
5. Sleep with a string tied to my balls and cock to each foot
6. Give myself a drink of my own piss every night before bed and when i wake up

Here is a bed related dare that was given to me once as a punishment.

Put as many blankets, pillows, sheets or whatever you might need on the floor at the foot of the bed. Also get two short pieces of rope. Now undress and tie each of your feet to one of the feet of the bed so that you are spread eagle on the floor.

Now grab your pillows and blankets and (try to) go to sleep for the night. It won't be your most restful night. That is for sure!

An ex bf made me do this one night and I lay awake while he snored away in our bed. There was a lesson learned that night!

If you dare to do it, let me know how it goes.

I can't for two reasons, one, it conflicts with another rule (sleeping with a string tied to my balls and base of my cock leading to each foot) also my bed is on the floor, so no legs to tie my feet to, any other suggestions?
