Obtain some lubricated condums, then go to the produce aisle and choose various vegitables that look like a challenge, these could include carrots, cucumbers, squash, etc. pick a variety that increases in size. You need:
Six sided dice.
Two balloons.
Strong tape (Duct tape, pipe sealer, a strong electrical tape or similar)

Put one balloon inside the other so they're double. Then thread them onto the shower hose. Seal the opening to the hose with duct tape or similar.
