ok, this is one for the girls.

go to the place where you keep your chlotes, and put all your underwear and all your pants in a bag. now, you should only have skirts and no underwear left (also t-shirts and stuff ofc....).

you go to a public place with the bag wearing a skirt with no underwear as you have your pants in the bag. you hire a small locker, and put the bag in. you take the key home, and freeze it in a large amount of ice.
keep it there for at least a week, and as it is in ice, you can't "quickly" take the decision to get your pants.

A common variation on this is to take the key and mail it to yourself. I wish I was a girl so I could try this. Girls would have more fun with this

Great dare! And with aviddrummers version you could just use a suitcase and lock it, so you don't have the possibility of having anyone empty the locker & you don't have to pay for it

If using a suitcase, add all underwear and dark clothing to it/them. Then you're just left naked underneath with light coloured clothing. In this weather you never know if it's going to rain or not. Boys may even be able to try that.
