Yes, I've done this. I stuffed my underwear front and back with stinging nettles and kept them there as long as I could. It was not as bad as I thought it was going to be - the problem came later. I thought the irritation/rash would soon go but it didn't. It was a couple of days before the effects finally wore off.

I alsted a whole day once I actually fell asleep with them my gf at the time was amazed =)
