I did have a thought on that, what about starting with a denial period, each day reduced the number by one, but every 5 edges you do in a day reduces it my another one, reducing both the days and number of orgasms per day until you think you can handle the number by making yourself increasingly horny, would build up a lot of cum to help with all them orgasms after

I’ll vote option one for you, 2 sounds fun, but it’s more like where you where hoping this would go before it exploded, you should take a little denial time first I think

i agree with Kiton. option 1 is the way to go.

option 2 heavily depends on how fast you are used to cumming anyway. you might be close to 1 minute anyway and it would not be a big challenge. you might be far from 1 minute and it would take you forever.
or you adapt this in such a way that you constantly have to reduce the time it takes you to cum, else it won't reduce the number of orgasms owed.
