i will ad another week since you ask for a amount of drinking

i drink 1 liter of water for every 20 kg body weight rounded to the next so

80= 4 l
90= 4.5l
100= 5l

But i think you can drink more 1l per 15 kg body weight maybe you will lose some weight during the time
