I remember in the old day I am doing the following to build up my courage. To start with...

Go to a public park, strip naked and put the clothes inside your bag. Walk around the park for about 5 minutes naked. You can leave your bag or keep your bag.

Go outside and stand on a street 3 blocks or 4 blocks away from main road where you know there will be plenty of cars going in and out. Try to strip naked there and edge for about 5 minutes.

Or make it a game. Put a piece of clothing on every block. Once you are naked, you need to go back to the first place where you stripped off your first piece of clothing, don't wear it yet, just hold it and go to the next block. Rinse and repeat until you get all of your clothes and then you can be clothed again.

I would highly suggest a time when there are less people around, being said, I myself got caught multiple times by passersby and cyclists throughout my journey including my first exhib experience lol.
