What annoys the most on here?

I honestly only start this thread so people can rant a bit

One thing that does annoy me is the ebb and flow of conversation on here. I find I'll get weeks where I have loads of people to chat to in pms but then I find the other doesn't reply once and that's it.

Unless I reply and also because I don't live in the US the best way for me to contact people is by pm. Even if that means I might take longer to reply than others.

People who don't look at, read or even attempt to understand what a thread is about and just post a response that doesn't adhere to the rules of the thread or breaks a person's limits. Then they don't do anything when messaged or even given a dare themselves.

What annoys me most has already been said so I won't repeat it.
I will just name some smaller things that annoy me sometimes:

- That I can only thank X times per day
- That I can only use 5 images in a post (and this includes smileys)
- That when a thread moves off the first page it rarely gets looked at again
- That hardly anybody ever spontaneously sends someone a pm dare
- That voting in a poll doesn't bump a thread. Poll posts usually move off into oblivion quicker than others because of it
- That you don't continue to get email notifications on blog comments before you look at it
- That I cannot thank or like a blog comment
- That the theme color is orange. I hate orange!

I still love this site to death by the way!

I agree! Also with reports too. When AM and I post threads, often I will send private reports to certain members who posted a lot if I don't post them publically and they want a report. I write alot and can waffle yes, so maybe the reciever gets bored or skims it and that's fine. But if they asked me for it and I spend 30-40 minutes minimum writing them a detailed reply, a quick two second "thanks for the report" would be nice.

I would love to post stupid and annoying replies to all things that people find annoying on here but I'm controlling myself.

* Horny people playing with fake female users and complaining afterwards when they find out.
* Vice versa: people calling users fake when they actually are very real.
* People mocking other people's threads.
* People applying to ads or interactive play threads and leaving after a day or so.
* People posting in a threads of which the OP wanted the thread to be closed already (report!).
* People spam-posting in thread that isn't actually considered spam. (like in person above section or on ads)
* Restrictions on the getDare Forums.
* Not being able to do whatever I want because I should be polite. :I
* The HUGE amount of threads posted in the Elite Member Area. (I'm guilty as well)
* One-liners or jerk-offs who make it harder to find hidden gems.

Another thing I find annoying is people who use ridiculously large fonts in their signature, mostly on links to threads and pm dares where they want more action.

Some fonts take up almost my entire screen actually!

Seriously, making your link larger doesn't make me want to click it any more. Actually, it pretty much guarantees that I won't click it!

All the female members seem to put pics on their dislike or limits list. None of them seem to want to share pics. What do they have to hide? I'd love to exchange pics with a female member but can't find one that does it. ��

Body issues? Confidence problems? Low self esteem? Considers them personal so will only share with those they know and trust? Had their pictures shared before without consent and are now more wary? Most of the females I talk to on here have no problem sharing pictures of themselves with those they trust and have gotten to know over time. I only share more personal (such as face, identifying features etc) with my dom and a few close friends...doesn't mean I have anything to hide. Could be a multitude of reasons someone doesn't want to, without meaning they're hiding something.

I'm honest ... I'm not doing every dare I get either, if they didn't respect my limits. I'm okay with people not doing each dare.

But I am so annoyed by people who aren't sending dares back. Those who are just into collecting dares for their own fun, but are totally unwilling to send dares back. Or the lack of creativity. Sometimes you write long and creative dares and you'll get back a lame ass dare. Most probably even copy pasted.

As a non native englisch-speaker, I sometimes look for inspiration from other dares, too. I also do some copy/pasting from time to time. BUT I'm looking in other threads or look on older pages of the same thread. If I copy and paste, I at least try to find a real good dare that I would like to have for myself.

Or I do copy/paste dares, if I need to write a dare for someone with fetishes that I'm not into.

People that post just to complain about an ad (if it's fake, abusive, etc) which only bumps it, giving it more visibility, while you see your ad slowly falling to page 2, page 3...
