Hi all

I am looking for a set of rules that a sissy should follow.
They can be as humiliating or girly as You want

Also it could be tasks that sissies should perform daily, weekly or in other schedule

Imagine that You are writing this rules for me. I am a home alone living sissy and I am working from home using my computer. Also sometimes I like to use some diapers

at every 30 min change the plug
do these for 4 hours

You need to be wearing at least a 4 in heal while working and can only sit a max of 10 minutes each hour.

So I assume I should be crossdressed for 4 hours a day and for that time change butt plugs every 30 minutes. Sadly I have only 1 buttplug so I will be taking 30 minutes break as it freezes

Thank you sir. To do that task I will need to invest in heels. So as I would be buying them any other requirements to them?

These are some rules I life by:

Be completely crossdressed at home all the time. For work get some dresses that women would wear to work.

Be buttplugged as much as you can and work up to 24/7

Be in chastity as much as you can

Practice wearing heels 30 minutes each day

Practice your make up daily
