I'm constipated from working all day, just got back and used the bathroom and used my phone a bit before I got up and flushed.

Urinals: hold piss for 5 hours (have fun treading the line between too much water and not enough so dehydrated) then piss it all into a cup and drink it down, last mouthful hold for 2 minutes.

For FT/T: use some kind of stool hardener or if you know what foods make it hard eat that.

Toilets: same as above but spit if needed. Hold poo until very full then stuff mouth with it. After 2 minutes pull it out without moving head and whatever remains including spit must be swallowed (spit if this is in your limits otherwise do it!)

Just simple and based in usual public toilet mess.

Toilets/fullTs:
Shit on toilet paper, wrap the shit in the tp and piss on the loaf. Then put the whole soggy shitty tp wad in your mouth for a full minute before chewing 40 times and then either spitting out or swallowing as you please.

Urinals: piss in a cup with three sticks of gum in it. Let it sit for 20 minutes before drinking the piss and then chewing the gum the next hour.

Cleaning staff: shit and piss on the floor and toilet seat: use your tongue/mouth to move your excrement into the toilet.
