So lately I’ve been slacking and Ive gained 8 lbs. HOLY SHIT I know.
So I was hoping you could punish me for slacking off.

You can give me dares like: where to put the food before I eat it , what to do with it, how much I should eat and drink and torture me if I fail to lose 2 lbs every few days.

I need to lose 1kg/ 2 lbs by next werk If I fail then punish me.

You guys can monitor my diet and say what I am allowed and forbidden to eat.

This might not strictly speaking be a way to loose weight, but it definitely is a way to loose fat (which is what you probably actually desire):

You may have one meal per day during the week as normal. Should you want a second, you have to perform the following workout beforehand:

20 crunches
20 jumping-jacks
10 push-ups
10 squats

(Take a break during the weekend, so you can actually build muscles.)

It will definitely healthy for you, but note that it will not necessarily reduce your body-mass as muscles are in fact heavy.
