Lay on the bed and attach things in this order:
1. Neck collar
2. Ball/ring gag
3. Nose hook
4. Ankle cuffs
5. Vibes switched on
6. Panties with crotch rope outside
7. Chain/rope between ankle cuffs, handcuffs, and collar
8. Nettle leaves in bra cups
9. Blindfold
10. Handcuffs behind back

Wait on the bed for the ice in the cup to melt and then release yourself!
