Punishment for inactivity

I have been inactive for a while and have not been doing any dares. I believe I am in need of punishments.
Please give me your best punishments, they can be as painful as you like, but nothing that breaks my limits please.
Add threads are allowed.
You may add the keyword "CROTCHROPE" to your post to give me +1 hour in a crotchrope.
