Ad 1: You can ask to replace specific instructions. The amoun of such edges doubles and first one to respond might change it as he/she wants any way within your limits (dislikes are allowed). It may even stay the same (just with doubled edges) if someone is so vicious. If you are still not satisfied with the result, you may try your luck again with doubling the number again. Ad 2: Maybe you can add more rewards, not only for 100th, 200th... posts?
