I think she got better in series two. This is mainly because she gets better looking and she doesn't depend on the Doctor as much

Whilst true, I think Rose and the Doctor just became smug little idiots. They acted childishly a lot and, whilst I initially found it fun, I now hate it and think they're quite annoying. And then we got Season 30 Torchwood Warrior Rose and it just got worse.

I agree it got worse when she came back, yet again so did Martha. (didn't like her to start with still don't). Sarah Jane was the same she was worse coming back into it. I think past companions should remain past. Only Micky and Captain Jack got better when they returned.

I'm dead excited to see Jo Grant return, even if she's gunna be in SJA not Doctor Who. I'd love to see Ian and the Brigadier return to Doctor Who though.
