Take a solid dump into a bowl, then piss into that bowl and after that put some cheerios or similar stuff (corn flakes etc.) in it so it is floating in the piss. Wait for it to soak for a few minutes. Take a spoon and eat as much cereal which didn't touch the poo as possible.

If you can do it in the morning so the piss is more yellow and intense. You are allowed to add something else (water, milk etc.) if necessary.

I expect you to complete it within a week. Take photos of the entire process, I want to see what was in the bowl before and after.
