You don't list limits, so it's hard to know what is on and off the table, but I'll give it a shot.

If you have friends (or even acquaintances) you think would be up for it, offer to let them restrain you and tickle you silly for an hour. If they can embarrass you to the point of crying, maybe they win something? You could also make this harder/more embarrassing by making sure you have to piss before they start (so you either have to hold it, or you'll piss yourself from the tickling loss of control). OR you could make it more embarrassing by begging them to tickle intimate areas and making you cum (or edging you if you're not allowed)...

Alternative: I don't know anything about your sex life or if this is an option, but for the next week, only allow strangers to touch you sexually/make you cum. You can find them online, through apps, in bars, etc., but no sex unless it's someone you don't already know.
