Ok my weekly weigh in was yesterday too - and I’ve lost 3lbs and now 210 pounds - I’ve managed to exercise and avoided eating after 9pm in the past week but I drank on 5 days out of 7 so let myself down there - I await a suitable punishment for this misdemeanour.

Msx- we’ll done on the weight loss in the last week - walking will definitely help with this as long as you don’t overcompensate by eating more or badly- would you be interested in some upper body exercises to be given?

The first few were painful...then worse....then excruciating.

It was humiliating - I did them fully nude lying on the bed with legs apart.

I'm waiting for the next part of my punishment...

In other news, I have been cleared to walk around the block again! Depending on energy levels, I am going to walk once tomorrow, twice around the block if I feel like it won't push me.

Three bottles?! What an uncontrolled piggy. You already recieved the punishment for one bottle. The punishment for the other 2 bottles is, that you'll keep your holes stuffed for 10 hours, 5 hours per bottle.
If you continue to drink so much, I'll extend the time per glass.
So you better behave, or your holes wont close anytime soon.
