Since I don't have any boxers, or underwear with buttons, or underwear with a fly even, I modified roll 4 as follows:

Roll 4 - what underwear to wear
1- boxers [ bikinis ]
2- none
3- briefs
4- any underwear with a fly [ thong ]
5- none
6- any button up underwear [ lace underwear ]

With what I rolled, it ended up not mattering, though:

3 (play twice)

First set:
3-5-1-2 : sweater, socks&shoes, and jeans

Penalty rolls: 8 5 8, go barefoot, leaving sweater and jeans

Picture rolls: 4 8 7, closeup of crotch, full length from back, full length from front

Second set:
1-5-2-3 : socks&shoes, briefs

Penalty rolls: 7 4 8, take off underwear and footwear, leaving nothing at all, naked
