F23 - Tasks to get back into bdsm

Hey all,

After a long time I like to start training again, I want to create a list of tasks, training and punishments, and each week choose a certain number of them randomly and complete them. I want to get back into the submissive headspace and train.

Preferably I would like tasks that either take 1-2 hours max or can be done while doing other things around the house.

I will report back for any tasks I complete.

Please give me some ideas!

(details of my likes, limits, and equipment are in the signature but if you have an equipment in mind let me know and I'll try to get them)

what are your living conditions? Can you freely fullfill dares at home or do they need into considoration to not interfer with other people like roommates or family?

I do live alone in an apartment, the only limit in terms of the living situation is that I can't be loud or do anything that is loud, as to not bother the neighbours.

Here are some ideas:
- While cooking a meal be naked and only wear an appron and either a butt plug or a gag
- When having a lazy TV evening put in the lush and post here first to give a random person the controll over it. Then enjoy a movie.
- While doing your laundry wear the nipple and clit clamps
- Eat your meal out of a bowl on the ground while wearing the tail plug
