Cold Shower training
I’m looking for a submissive female slave willing to commit to taking cold showers every morning. You would develop your tolerance by starting at 30 seconds and adding 15 seconds daily. Once you have built up some tolerance you would move on to cold full baths, dousing outdoors with buckets and using the garden hose.
