Simple? Ill simplify my previous, feel free to still do the full version later either way.
Start in a thin white shirt long enough to cover your ass that you dont mind loosing. Shorts, ideally tight spandex, no underwear. w/e shoes you like. After dressing edge at home before leaving. Jog the eaiser path 2 for about 5-10 (depending on how long of a jog you want) mins then take off your bottoms and orgasm. Leave the bottoms and keep jogging. Jog another 5 mins, edge once then destroy your shirt and orgasm. Edge/cum when you get back to your shorts and just jog back topless. Simple enough? you want something simple...
Map out a 1 mile route, a loop is best. Go to the start fully clothed carrying a watch or phone with a timer. I am going to guess you can do a mile in 7 minutes. Take off your top, start the timer and run. So every 2 minutes stop and take off an article of clothing; shorts, bra, panties, and drop it on the ground (or a car or bush if by one) wherever you are Then keep running. On the 2nd lap, if you get back to your shirt before you have to take off your panties you may put your clothes back on as you complete the lap, otherwise collect them and put them all on when you finish the 2nd lap. |
