You will need something heavy you can insert in your arse that can slide out by itself if you dont hold it.
String or rope.
Nipple clamps or similar.

You must put the clamps on your nipples and then get your anal object. now tie the 2 things together so the object is hanging just below your knees when you are standing.
Now insert the object in your arse the strings to your clamps should be slack.

If you dont have a heavy object then improvise with a lighter object with a bottle of water tied to it. Cuff your hands and put the key to the cuffs on the string connecting your nipple pegs/clamps. That way you can only free your hands when the pegs come off your nipples. No cheating
